M. Veysel Eran holds degrees in Public Administration (AIBU), Child Development (Istanbul University), and Family Counseling (Yıldız Technical University - SEM). In addition to his role as a Family and Child Development Therapist, he is a successful business leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, encompassing pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and clinical management. As the Founding Partner of two companies, he directs strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence processes, positioning both companies as reliable brands in their respective fields.
Previously, she held senior leadership positions at West Eye Health Group and Alcon Labs. In these roles, she managed national and international business development processes, led large teams, and contributed to strategic integrations and performance optimization. Her areas of expertise include global partnerships, risk management, auditing, and organizational restructuring. Eran , who has graduated from several universities, is also pursuing a Master's degree (thesis stage) in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management. She has further strengthened her therapist identity and analytical skills with her ISO 42001:2023 Artificial Intelligence Lead Auditor certification, Basic Expert Witness Training, and Healthcare Quality Management Certificate.

My main goal in the consulting process is to be able to hear these voices, make sense of them, and bring them closer together again.
My approach is based on creating a space where each individual feels safe, without judgment or direction.
My aim is not only to find solutions to problems, but also to discover together how those solutions can become permanent.
My work is based on systemic and solution-oriented methods; I evaluate each family dynamic within its own internal balance.
In this way, my clients gain not only immediate relief but also the ability to communicate more healthily and build stronger relationships in the long term.
